Migration of Gepi website

The official Gepi website was suffering from lack of updated and easy-to-reach documentation. This problem should be solved now with the migration of the former webiste to a new one, integrated as a subpart of the Sylogix official website.
The new site includes a Wiki based documentation, which should significantly enhance the quality of the content and its accessibility. It also has more sections where everyone should find the information looked for.
The flexibility of RubyOnRails (on which the new site relies) should also ease the update process, so that new content will be added more regularly.
